The Odette Fascinator
All orders are packed & shipped with care from our 450 Harrison Ave studio in Boston, MA via USPS Priority Mail. Please note we are free of the coronavirus and rest assured it is a germ-free zone.
We do our best to get orders out the door ASAP. During these times, we will be shipping twice per week. We will let you know as soon as it's on its way to you. We will notify you with any anticipated delays.
All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email email@example.com with your order information and a brief reason for your exchange and we will send you an approval number. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date your item was delivered and shipping must be paid for by the customer.
